Paula Decosta

Paula DeCosta is an experienced professional in donor engagement and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Donor Engagement at Boston Medical Center since May 2022. Previously, Paula held various positions at Bentley University, including Associate Director of Donor Relations and Assistant Director of Donor Recognition, and served as Stewardship Reporting Coordinator at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, managing fund reporting for scholarships and departmental funds. Early career experiences include roles at UMass Medical School as an Administrative Assistant in the Development department, along with internships at Girls Incorporated of Worcester and in various development areas at UMass Medical School. Paula's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in History and Women's Studies from Assumption University, a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Project Management from Northeastern University, and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
