Sean Pagani

Sean Pagani is a seasoned IT operations leader with extensive experience at Boston Medical Center since April 2016, currently serving as Senior Director of IT Operations. In this role, Sean oversees multiple teams, including IT Finance & Administration, Field Services, Service Desk, Mobility, Clinical Engineering, and Research IT, while managing a substantial IT operating budget of $128 million and an IT capital budget of $30 million. Prior to BMC, Sean held various positions at Dell EMC from June 2006 to April 2016, including Senior Financial Analyst, where expertise in financial reporting and application support was developed. Sean also has a background in credit analysis, having worked at Sovereign Bank and earned degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, and an MBA from Bentley University.
