Alojz Kajinic has an extensive work experience in various roles related to metallurgy and alloy development. Alojz is currently working as a Senior Advisory Alloy Development Engineer at Boston Metal since April 2023. Alojz Kajinic has a strong educational background in metallurgy and finance. Alojz obtained a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Sarajevo, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Ph.D. in Physical Metallurgy from the Technical University of Denmark, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Additionally, Kajinic holds an MBA in Finance from Duquesne University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Kajinic has also obtained several certifications related to data science.
