The current leadership team at Boston Metal has a wealth of experience in mining, academia, and technology. Their experience includes working as a Lead Independent Director at Ivanhoe Mines, being invited lecturers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University, and being a Board Member at Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas. All members of the team have a Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
