Tadeu Carneiro

Tadeu brings 40 years of metal industry leadership and technology experience to Boston Metal. As CEO of CBMM (80% market share for niobium) he grew revenue from $100M to over $2B. In his 30 years with CBMM, Tadeu led a global strategy that grew the niobium market by over 8x through a rigorous program of customer-focused application and technology development.

Tadeu is the Lead Independent Director at Ivanhoe Mines, a board member at SBSHSL Hospital in Brazil, and an invited lecturer at the Department of Material Science and Engineering at the MIT.
