Mikayla Frank-Martin is a dedicated professional in the music and education sectors, currently serving as a Teaching Artist at Boston Music Project and a Graduate Testing Proctor at Berklee College of Music since October 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Barista at Seths Coffee, a Research Assistant in the Lawrence University Brass Department, Front Desk Staff at Lawrence University Wellness Center, and a Writing Tutor within Lawrence University CAS. Additionally, Mikayla worked as a Camp Counselor at Boulder JCC. Mikayla holds a Master's degree in Contemporary Classical Music Performance from Boston Conservatory at Berklee and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music Performance (Trombone) and Psychology from Lawrence University.

Boston Music Project
The Boston Music Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit that has provided music-based Creative Youth Development programming to thousands of Boston youth since 2011. Our team of 45 diverse teaching artists provides weekly music education to nearly 2,000 PreK-12th grade students across 22 Boston schools each year. BMP before, after, and in-school programs provide students with the resources and support to unleash their musical creativity through strings, brass, woodwinds, piano, and digital music instruction while fostering their social-emotional skills to find success in music, school, and life.
