Roberta Beaulieu-Rainville has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Roberta began their career in 1999 as a Human Resource Representative and Retirement Plan Services Relationship Administrator at Fleet Boston. From there, they joined Citizens Financial Group, Inc., where they held various roles including HR Representative, Sr. HR Representative, HR Generalist, and Relationship Manager. During their time at Citizens Financial Group, they successfully implemented initiatives to improve employee engagement and enhance performance. Most recently, they served as Head of Talent at Volt, where they led a team of 6-8 and introduced new recruiting strategies, processes, and metrics to enhance team morale and cohesiveness. Currently, they hold the position of Director, HR Business Partner at Boston Mutual Life Insurance.

Roberta Beaulieu-Rainville pursued their education in a systematic manner, prioritizing the development of their business and leadership skills. In 1996, they enrolled at Johnson & Wales University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2000. Building on this foundation, Roberta enrolled again at Johnson & Wales University, this time for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Roberta diligently worked towards their MBA from 2006 to 2008. By taking these educational steps, Roberta Beaulieu-Rainville has actively enhanced their knowledge and skills in business management and leadership.
