Jessica Hayes has extensive experience in compliance and legal roles within the financial sector. As Chief Compliance Officer at Boston Omaha Asset Management from October 2022 to April 2024, Jessica led compliance initiatives. Prior to this, Jessica served as In-House Counsel at Wells Fargo from April 2019 to October 2022, and held the role of Senior Compliance Associate and Relationship Manager at Fairview Investment Services from January 2015 to June 2018. Jessica began their career as an Enforcement Attorney at the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State, Securities Division from November 2012 to January 2015, and also worked as a Contracts Associate at PRA International from November 2011 to November 2012. An early legal position included a Legal Intern role at the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Inspector General. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, with a focus on Securities Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia.
