Reena Paraguya

Reena Paraguya is the VP, Legal & Compliance Officer at Cofense. Prior to joining Cofense, Ms. Paraguya served as Senior Commercial Counsel at Mandiant from March 2014 to March 2017. Ms. Paraguya has also worked as Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs, Production & Licensing; Director at the National Wildlife Federation from June 2011 to March 2014 where they were responsible for all legal aspects of NWF’s first national broadcast series, Wild Animal Baby Explorers, 80-episode television production including Public Broadcasting System (PBS), system broadcast and station relations deals, commissioning, co-production, talent, budgets and revenue sharing with investors.

Reena Paraguya graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science and then went on to earn their Doctor of Law from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.

They work with Michael Callahan - SVP, Global Marketing, Melanie Major - VP, Human Resources, and Mel Wesley - CFO. Reena Paraguya reports to Rohyt Belani, CEO & Co-Founder.
