Erica Friedel

Erica Friedel currently serves as the Prior Authorization Team Lead at Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics since April 2021, having previously held the role of Authorization Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Erica worked at UVA Health from November 2018 to March 2021 as a Patient Access Supervisor and Authorization Specialist. Erica's career began at Inmed Diagnostic Services, where the role of Site Manager was held from April 2012 to September 2015. Erica Friedel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and an Associate of Science from Piedmont Virginia Community College, along with a certificate in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from the same institution.
