Shawn D. Brown II has worked in various roles in the education sector since 2004. In 2018, they began working as a Re-engagement Specialist for the Boston Private Industry Council, providing help in a caring environment for students to access the resources and counseling that they need to re-enroll in school and get back on track to graduation. Also in 2018, they began working as a B.A.M Counselor for Youth Guidance, serving as a volunteer mentor to assist B.A.M scholars to become positive members of their school and community. In 2004, they began working as a Diamond Educators Counselor for DIAMOND EDUCATORS MENTORING INC.
Shawn D. Brown II attended Avon Middle-High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma. Shawn D. then went on to attend Massasoit Community College from 2011 to 2013, studying Criminology.
