Ann Bear

Ann Bear, SHRM - SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience and talent management across multiple retail companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Experience at Boston Proper since March 2021, Ann has held several progressive roles in the organization. Prior to this, Ann worked at Chico's FAS, Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions for supply chain and legal areas. Additional experience includes positions at Lane Bryant as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Big Lots as Manager of Human Resources and Senior HR Development Specialist, and Saks Fifth Avenue as a Human Resources Manager. Ann holds a BA/BS degree in Communication from the University of South Florida.
