Daysa Santana

Daysa Santana has over a decade of experience in youth development and case management, currently serving as the Director at the Boston Public Health Commission since July 2012. In this role, Daysa manages the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database and conducts case management activities to support youth in Boston Public Schools facing chronic absenteeism and truancy. Previously, Daysa held roles including Senior Youth Development Specialist and Youth Development Specialist, focusing on case management and home visits to connect students and families with necessary services. Prior experience includes serving as a Case Manager at ABCD, Inc. from June 2007 to July 2012, where responsibilities included developing Individual Service Plans and assessing resources for participants. Daysa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hispanic Studies from Boston College, earned in 2007.
