Melissa's robust background includes positions as an adjunct professor at Urban College of Boston and Bentley University, a Training and Development Supervisor with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and various roles in government relations and media communications. Melissa holds an MBA in Social Impact from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and has furthered education with degrees in Global Studies and Media.
