The IT and Digital Services team at Boston Public Library ensures the security, reliability, and efficiency of digital and network resources. They manage cybersecurity, provide technical support, oversee digital content and repositories, and enhance the digital experience for library patrons, while also maintaining the technical infrastructure of the Metro Boston Library Network.
