Carla Dibenedetto

Carla DiBenedetto has over a decade of experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Management Supervisor at Boston Retail Solutions since July 2011. In this role, Carla leads and mentors the National Account Management team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Previous positions at Boston Retail Solutions include Senior Account Manager, Project Manager Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Carla worked at Sunpass Call Center from October 2007 to November 2010 as a Customer Service Specialist. Carla is an alumnus of Indian River State College.
