Madeline Kies

Madeline Kies currently serves as the Organizational Development Manager at Boston Retail Solutions, focusing on talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and positive workplace practices. Prior to this role, Madeline gained extensive experience at Iowa Select Farms, holding positions such as Human Resources Specialist, On-boarding Trainer, Recruiting Manager, and Production Accounting Analyst from June 2019 to October 2023. Madeline also worked at Purdue Agriculture as a Student Employee and Undergraduate Research Assistant from September 2016 to June 2019, and completed an internship as a Production Manager Intern at WHITESHIRE HAMROC in the summer of 2018. Madeline earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University.
