Barb Olejar, C.P.M., has extensive experience in sourcing and purchasing roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of America’s Indirect Sourcing at Boston Scientific, Barb has previously held positions such as Senior America's Indirect Sourcing Leader and Regional Purchasing Manager. Prior to Boston Scientific, Barb was Director of Purchasing at CSM Corporation, and held multiple roles at MTS Systems, including Purchasing Manager, Senior Business Operations Analyst, and Business Operations Analyst. Barb began the career at Jostens as PC Training Coordinator, demonstrating a strong foundation in business operations.
