Daniel Mata is a self-motivated chemical engineer currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Boston Scientific, where they have played a pivotal role in sustaining manufacturing practices. With over five years of experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device sector, Daniel has demonstrated strong skills in process validation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. They previously held positions at National Instruments, Emerson Automation Solutions, and Edwards Lifesciences, contributing to customer support, technical design, and quality engineering. Daniel earned both a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a licentiate degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica.
