Doron Golan

Doron Golan is an experienced R&D Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Boston Scientific since April 2025. Prior to this role, Doron worked at Nanomotion from February 2022 to April 2025, focusing on the development of high precision motion systems while leading mechanical aspects from system requirements to mass production. From March 2018 to February 2022, Doron served as a Mechanical Analysis Engineer at Elbit Systems Israel, providing analysis and optimization solutions for metallic and composite airborne structures using finite element analysis and classical hand calculations. Earlier experience includes a role as a research assistant in the Advanced Development group's simulation team at KLA, performing optical simulations for future measurement systems. Doron began a career in the Israel Defense Forces as a combat squad sergeant in the Nahal infantry brigade, leading operational activities and overseeing discipline and equipment maintenance. Doron holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduated in 2017.
