Emili Miller

Emili Miller has extensive experience in human resources and engineering, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Boston Scientific since January 2007, focusing on the Global Supply Chain Technology organization. Emili's role includes aligning talent strategies with business objectives, driving talent planning, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Prior positions at Boston Scientific included roles as Sr. Process Development Engineering Manager and Process Development Engineer. Emili participated in the Engineering Development and Growth Experience (EDGE) Rotation Program, gaining diverse experience across various engineering departments. Emili's early career includes an internship at the US Food and Drug Administration. Emili holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Biological Sciences from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
