Jin Zhou

Jin Zhou is a Principal Data Scientist at Boston Scientific since April 2022, specializing in building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-powered text-to-SQL chatbots, delivering Next Best Action recommendations through Reinforcement Learning algorithms, and creating Customer Lifetime Value models to enhance marketing effectiveness. Previously, as a Senior Data Scientist at Staples from January 2010 to April 2022, Jin Zhou developed uplift models and propensity models that significantly increased sales and improved customer loyalty, as well as automated campaign reporting processes. Jin Zhou holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Science and Technology of China.
