Marie Weller

Marie Weller is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal and HR communications, currently serving as Director of ESG and Culture Communications at Boston Scientific since April 2016. In this role, Marie strengthens employer brand recognition and unifies HR global brand identity. Prior to this, Marie held various leadership positions at Boston Scientific, including Director of Internal Communications, where strategic employee communications engaged a diverse workforce. Marie's career began at Guidant Corporation, where significant contributions included managing corporate communications during major mergers.
