Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma is a seasoned engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in process engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Boston Scientific since March 2017, Mohit leads process development and validation initiatives, employing methodologies such as DOE and FMEA to enhance manufacturing efficiencies. Previous roles at Boston Scientific include managing the operational integration of the BTG Cryoablation and Lumenis surgical businesses and leading various processes in new product development projects. Prior to this, Mohit held significant positions at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, ŠKODA AUTO Volkswagen India, Mahindra & Mahindra, and VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, gaining expertise in plastics sourcing, new project management, and vehicle validation. Mohit earned an Engineering Technology degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Mechanical Engineering Diploma from Aryabhatt Institute of Technology.
