Jacco van Doornmalen

Jacco van Doornmalen is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in quality management and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as the Senior Pharmaceutical Specialist at Organon, leading the Pharmaceutical Specialists team to ensure the quality of Nexplanon, Jacco has previously held key positions including Site Quality Head at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Deputy Quality Head at MSD Netherlands. Jacco has a strong background in managing quality assurance teams, overseeing laboratory operations, and leading significant investigations. With a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Delft University of Technology and an MSc in Environmental Sciences/Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Jacco combines academic expertise with practical industry experience, having also contributed to analytical method development in previous roles at Varian, Inc. and as a Postdoctoral Researcher.
