Nikhil Kulkarni

Nikhil Kulkarni, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of R&D, Data Science & Technologies at Boston Scientific, leading a cross-functional team of 100 professionals focused on enhancing patient outcomes in the Cardiology sector through innovative hardware platforms and AI models. With prior experience as Director of Program & Portfolio Management at iRhythm Technologies, Kulkarni successfully launched a next-generation cardiac monitor, significantly increasing revenues. Kulkarni's extensive background at Boston Scientific includes various leadership roles, such as Associate Director of Neuromodulation, where oversight of a $780 million portfolio and digital strategy initiatives occurred. Earlier career positions include R&D roles at DePuy Synthes Companies, where contributions were made to orthopedic device development, and research positions at the Institute of Orthopedic Research and Education and Milton Hershey Medical Center.
