Thomas Hamilton is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in data privacy and compliance roles. Currently serving as the Chief Privacy & Data Protection Officer and Senior Legal Director at Boston Scientific since February 2020, Thomas manages global data privacy matters across all divisions. Previous roles include Chief Privacy & Data Protection Officer and Chief Privacy Counsel at Medtronic, as well as Associate General Counsel & Vice President of Compliance at Digital River, where significant contributions to compliance strategy and legal operations were made. Thomas also established the first legal department at Spok, ensuring adherence to privacy and anti-bribery regulations.
