Tiffany Huang

Tiffany Huang is currently the Head of Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness at Boston Scientific, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for Greater China and Head of Talent and Development for APAC at Donaldson between 2017 and February 2022. Tiffany also held senior roles at Nike, Abbott, and Husky Injection Molding Systems, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Earlier career roles include HR Manager at Tyco Electronics, Senior HR Specialist at The Coca-Cola Company, and Recruitment Professional at Emerson. Tiffany Huang earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Shanghai Normal University in 2004.
