Kenneth Scheer

Kenneth Scheer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kenneth has worked as the Senior Director of Quality and Compliance at Boston Senior Home Care since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Quality Improvement Consultant in the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Children's Hospital from 2018 to 2022. Kenneth also held the position of Director of Quality Improvement at T1D Exchange from 2015 to 2016, where they led a quality improvement program for type 1 diabetes. Before that, they worked as a Quality and Compliance Manager at Cambridge Health Alliance from 2014 to 2015, where they oversaw compliance and implemented a patient-centered medical home model. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of Quality Improvement at New England Quality Care Alliance. Additionally, they have previous experience at Massachusetts General Hospital, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2012 and as a Project Specialist from 2004 to 2007. At Partners HealthCare, they held the role of Senior Financial Analyst from 1999 to 2004. Finally, they started their career as a Senior Commercial Underwriter at The Hartford from 1990 to 1996.

Kenneth Scheer completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, attending from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification from the National Association of Healthcare Quality in January 2015.
