Mihai Rusu

Mihai Rusu has held numerous roles throughout their work experience. Mihai started their career as an IT Manager at NationalTV Romania from July 2002 to August 2004. Mihai then worked as a Management and IT consultant at TechnicConsultServ srl from September 2004 to March 2008. Additionally, they briefly served as a Project Manager at Crystal Call in February 2011.

In June 2011, Mihai became the Owner of ADVANCED CALL PREST and held this position until September 2017. During this period, they also worked as an eCommerce Project Manager for Salesforce Commerce Cloud at OSF Global Services from December 2015 to August 2017.

Their most recent role was at Sware, where they served as a Program Manager from September 2017 to January 2021. Mihai was then promoted to the position of Vice President of Engineering in January 2021, a role they currently hold.

Throughout their career, Mihai Rusu has gained extensive experience in IT management, consultancy, project management, and leadership roles.

Mihai Rusu earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Automation and Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca. Mihai attended this university from 1997 to 2002. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Mihai obtained the Google AdWords Qualified - Search Advertising certification from Google Adwords in October 2012.
