Sara Tavakoli

Sara Tavakoli is a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, focusing on bone remodeling in Gsα knockout mice under Dr. Paola Pajevic. Currently serving as the Secretary for the Persian Student Dental Association and an Advanced Casing Analyst at Boston University Consulting Group, Sara has a robust background in research, including a tenure as a Research Technician at Harvard Stem Cell Institute. Previous roles include Vice President of the Iranian Student Association and a Customer Service Specialist at the University of Connecticut, where Sara completed a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology. A Division 1 student-athlete in women's rowing, Sara has demonstrated leadership and commitment throughout various academic and extracurricular positions.
