Carrie Melvin

Carrie Melvin currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Boston University School of Medicine and is a Media Advisory Board Member at ScienceMedia, Inc. since July 2023. Previously, Carrie held the position of Senior Vice President at MENARINI Group (Stemline) until November 2024 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. from January 2022 to January 2023. Carrie was also SVP of Development Operations at X4 Pharmaceuticals from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included providing strategic input for clinical development programs, managing clinical operations, and overseeing budget forecasting. Carrie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BSN with Highest Distinction from the University of Rhode Island.
