Alan Gardner

Alan Gardner is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology, product management, and social impact. Currently a Visiting Researcher at Boston University, Alan specializes in designing autonomous lab infrastructure for the Department of Mechanical Engineering. As a Board Member and Advisor at Yiya Solutions, Alan contributes to the development of an education chatbot platform aimed at teaching children in rural Uganda. In previous roles, Alan has served as a Group Product Manager at Google, leading cross-device integration efforts, and as the Founder and CEO of Heroes Initiative, Inc., focusing on improving family outcomes through collaboration with social service agencies. With experience as a Senior Product Manager at Globality and a co-founder at Behavio, Alan has leveraged technology and AI to enhance service delivery and user experiences. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
