Amanda Bailey

Amanda Bailey is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in higher education and public sector organizations. Currently serving as Vice President for Human Resources at Boston University, Amanda previously held the same title at Brown University. Additionally, Amanda has served as Acting Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Morehouse College, and Chief Human Resources Officer at the School Board of Broward County, where responsibilities included directing compensation, employee, and labor relations. Amanda's career also features a role as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at EdisonLearning. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Education from Florida Atlantic University.
