Benjamin Keating

Benjamin Keating, PhD, serves as the Assistant Director at the Center for Teaching & Learning at Boston University since June 2021. Prior to this role, Benjamin was an Assistant Teaching Professor of English/Writing at Wake Forest University and held various positions at the University of Michigan, including Researcher and Fellow at the Sweetland Center of Writing and Graduate Student Instructor in the English Department Writing Program. Benjamin's earlier experience encompasses roles such as Program Assistant at WestEd, Adjunct Lecturer at Holy Names University and UC Berkeley, and Teaching Assistant at UC Irvine. Benjamin holds a PhD in English with a focus on Writing Studies and Higher Education from the University of Michigan, an MFA in Creative Writing from UC Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Kenyon College.
