Jillian McGrath

Jillian McGrath is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in onboarding, talent acquisition, and recruitment operations. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Boston University since October 2021, Jillian has created and implemented comprehensive onboarding programs while collaborating closely with HR and department heads. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Jillian managed the full cycle recruitment process and successfully made over 10 offers per week. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at Tokio Marine HCC, a Human Resources Assistant, and various internships in human resources and academic tutoring. Jillian holds a degree from Marist College School of Management and has also studied at the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
