Mahmoud Dodeen

Mahmoud Dodeen is a seasoned academic and legal expert with extensive experience in financial and commercial law. Currently serving as a Consultant and Financial Inclusion Guide at Boston University since 2012 and as an Assistant Professor at Birzeit University since April 2005, Mahmoud specializes in securities, mortgage finance, leasing regulations, and legislative drafting. Previous roles include working as the CEO and Professor of Private Law at TAJ Law Firm from February 2011 to June 2013, alongside serving as a Senior Researcher and Project Coordinator at the Institute of Law/Birzeit University from May 2005 to April 2009. Mahmoud Dodeen holds a PhD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a Master's degree in Civil Law from Birzeit University, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Qatar University.
