Sarah Horowitz is a PhD candidate in the History of Art and Architecture at Boston University, with a comprehensive background in curatorial and educational roles within the art sector. Currently serving as an editorial assistant for the Journal of the Society of Architectural Historians, Sarah also holds experience as a visiting lecturer at Wellesley College. Previous positions include curatorial and research roles at Picker Art Gallery, Longyear Museum of Anthropology, and MIT Museum, where Sarah managed exhibitions and assisted in collection research. A strong foundation in art history was established through earlier positions, including supporting curatorial efforts at various institutions and guiding academic discourse as a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Sarah holds a master's and a bachelor's degree in Art History and Museum Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Marlboro College, respectively.
