Mia Kriksciun is a Clinical Research Assistant at the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at the Boston VA Research Institute, starting in August 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Margaret Niznikiewicz. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Intern at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, assisting with a study on trauma-exposed adolescents from January 2022 to January 2023, and a Research Assistant at Yale University's Canine Cognition Center during summer 2022. Additional experience as a Research Intern at Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development took place in summer 2021. Mia also has a background in modeling, having worked with Teri B Talent and Model Management and Wilhelmina from 2001 to 2019. Mia Kriksciun earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Comparative Race and Ethnicity from Wellesley College in May 2023.
