Laura Rygielski

Laura Rygielski is the Chief Executive Officer at Boston Valley Terra Cotta, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Rygielski served as CEO of Sightline Commercial Solutions and President of Trex Commercial Products, where a successful turnaround and sale strategy was implemented from July 2020 to March 2023. Rygielski's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at Trane Technologies, overseeing a large team while managing full P&L responsibilities, and leading strategic initiatives for profitable growth. Prior roles at Ingersoll Rand included Vice President of the Global Healthcare Practice, and various sales and management positions at Johnson Controls contributed to a strong foundation in healthcare solutions and market development. Rygielski holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
