Tom Anderton has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Tom started their career in 2002 as a Marketing Coordinator at PPS Business Development. Tom then worked as a Marketing Contractor at One Vision from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2010, Tom held various marketing roles at Ideal Boilers, including Trade Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Product Manager.

In 2010, Tom joined Symphony Group PLC as a Marketing Manager for the Building & Leisure Divisions, where they managed marketing activities such as brochures, photography, and digital marketing.

From 2012 to 2013, Tom worked as a Marketing Manager on a 12-month contract at Moores Furniture Group, where they developed marketing communications strategies and managed external agencies.

In 2013, Tom joined Swift Group Limited as a Marketing Manager, responsible for event management, press and PR, and bringing marketing activities in-house.

In 2016, Tom joined Bostonair as a Group Marketing Manager, supporting the Group Commercial Director and overseeing digital strategies and lead generation activities. Tom then became the Group Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for the sales and marketing strategy across all divisions of the Bostonair Group.

Since 2020, Tom has been the Head of Rail at Bostonair, where they created the new Boston Rail division and managed P&L, business development, and marketing.

Currently, Tom holds the role of Head of Recruitment Sales - Transport and Head of Group Marketing at Bostonair, focusing on sales, new market development, and marketing strategies across the global portfolio of services.

Tom Anderton attended Baysgarth Secondary School from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained their GCSE's. Tom then enrolled in Baysgarth School - Sixth Form from 1997 to 1999 and achieved their A Levels in Business Studies, History, English, and General Studies. Tom furthered their education at TM Retail in 1999, where they completed an NVQ in Retail Operations at Level Two. From 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Lincoln and graduated with a 2:1 degree in BA (Hons) Marketing.
