Mthandazo Mango possesses extensive experience in operations management with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the General Manager Operations at Bosun Group, Mthandazo has previously held positions including Factory Director at Tereos and Factory Manager at The Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation. Mthandazo also engages in consulting and coaching as a freelance Chief Operating Officer and Performance Transformation Coach. Mthandazo holds a Master of Business Administration from North-West University and a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the Novel Idea Institute.
