James Owens

James Owens has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Boswell Engineering, Inc. since January 1985. Previously, James held the position of Senior Field Technical Specialist at HNTB from October 2013 to June 2015 and worked as an Inspector at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC from October 1980 to September 1985, focusing on in-depth structural inspection of fixed and movable bridges, ratings, and report writing. James Owens holds a BSCET degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has further education from Paul Smith College.
