McGrath Rick has extensive experience in project management and construction, serving as Project Manager and Safety Manager at Boswell Engineering in South Hackensack, NJ since 1985. Previous roles include Project Manager at Keane Construction from 1980 to 1985, where responsibilities included coordinating work schedules and managing change orders, and Project Superintendent at Moretrench American Corp from 1976 to 1980, overseeing dewatering projects across multiple states. Rick began their career as a Superintendent at R A Hamilton from 1971 to 1976, leading construction crews on utility projects. Rick holds a BS and BA in Civil Engineering and Economics from Rutgers University, obtained between 1966 and 1971.
