Ravi Selvan B.

Ravi Selvan Balasubramanian is the Head of the Creative Department, where he has overseen many complex VFX projects, including Game of Thrones, In the Heart of the Sea, San Andreas, and Chappie. His roster of international shows include numerous feature films, episodics, and commercials.

As a member of the Pioneers Team of early hires at BOT, Ravi was hired for roto on Invictus, the company’s 2009 breakout feature film success. In 2011, he became a Roto Lead with a team of 35, and now heads up a hefty team of nearly 150 artists.

Ravi exhibits a strong commitment to exploring solutions and updating with new techniques, always pointing his team to continual improvement. His personal focus on fostering the growth of individual artists, coupled with forward-thinking team management, has developed an efficient and skilled roto team.
