Andrea Silvestrin has held multiple roles in various industries since 2012. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at CD Studio d'Arte as a Business Developer in an art gallery, where they were responsible for talent scouting, exhibitions organization and management, direct sales, and marketing. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at FINCANTIERI S.p.A. as a Junior Management Planner and Controller, where they were responsible for consolidated budgeting activities, consolidated financials, reports for organizational meetings, and data management. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at HP as an EMEA Project Manager and Business Developer in B2B Sales, where they were responsible for weekly performance reports, weekly data quality scorecard, weekly sales report, monthly country reviews, quarterly EMEA reviews, support for EMEA Inside Sales Management, and data management.
