Kazım Toydemir

Kaz Z. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in child protection and support services, currently serving as a Child Protection Caseworker at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice since May 2022. With a strong background in case management and community reintegration, Kaz has worked with vulnerable populations, including women in the criminal justice system, and has previously held the position of Women with Children Caseworker at the Women's Justice Network. Kaz's diverse skill set also includes roles in sales and marketing, having owned and operated Kaz Zinnetti - Strategy Cavalry for nearly a decade. Kaz holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University and has various certifications related to business management and hairdressing. Leadership capabilities are evident through the role as Chairperson and Founder of the NSW Trans and Gender Diverse Criminal Justice System Advisory Council.
