Michele Laas RN MSN is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Bothwell Regional Health Center since 2017, Michele has held multiple positions, including Director of Clinic Nursing and Director of Critical Care, Progressive Care & Central Telemetry Unit. Prior to this, Michele worked at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to July 2017, where responsibilities included Flight Nurse, Chief Flight Nurse, and Medical Base Manager. Additionally, Michele has experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Lake Regional Health System. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, a BSN from Central Methodist University, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from State Fair Community College.
