Natalie Sims Rhia

Natalie Sims, RHIA, is an experienced health information management professional with a robust background in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Health Information Management at Bothwell Regional Health Center, Natalie has previously held positions as a System Director of Health Information Management at Northwest Medical Center and as a Health Information Manager at Mercy. Additionally, Natalie has experience as a Medical Coder at NetScript Inc. and as an Adjunct Instructor at Crowder College. Educationally, Natalie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Ozarks Technical Community College, completed between 1995 and 1997, and attended the University of Arkansas from 1978 to 1982.
