Anne-Julie Ribaltchenko

Anne-Julie Ribaltchenko has extensive work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Anne-Julie currently holds the position of VP, People and Culture at Botify since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Allianz Trade from 2018 to 2023, serving as the Global Head of Talent Development, Inclusion & HR projects, as well as the Head of HR for France, CORP, MMEA, and Americas. Anne-Julie also served as the Global Head of People CoE at Allianz Trade from 2018 to 2020.

Before their time at Allianz Trade, Ribaltchenko worked at Ingenico Group from 2011 to 2018. Anne-Julie held the role of Technology & Platforms HR Director, where they managed a team of 5 HR managers and led the HR implementation of a matrix organization. Anne-Julie was also responsible for creating a service organization and launching an employer branding redesign.

Prior to Ingenico Group, Ribaltchenko worked at eServGlobal from 2009 to 2011 as an HR Business Partner. Anne-Julie provided HR generalist support to subsidiaries and ensured global consistency in HR policies. Anne-Julie also managed a redundancy plan.

Ribaltchenko's work experience also includes roles at ESI Group as an International HR Deputy from 2003 to 2009, at DATASAVE as an HR Business Partner from 2001 to 2003, and at UBIQUS REPORTING as a Labor relations and business conference writer from 2000 to 2001.

Overall, Ribaltchenko has a strong background in HR management, talent development, and organizational change across multiple industries and geographic regions.

Anne-Julie Ribaltchenko attended Sciences Po Grenoble from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Mention degree. Anne-Julie also briefly studied Communication, General at UC San Diego in 1998-1999.
